|Your breakfast can never be easier than this! When you’ve done it a couple of times, you can meke it with your eyes closed. I used rasberries here and it was absolutely delicious. But feel free to use the ingredients you like!

50 gr frozen berries
2 table spoons honey/agava nectar
2 table spoons hemp seeds shelled
